Update joinme.click to launcher to v0.2.0 to make use of it's purge-server-history-hook #41

New release of the joinme.click-launcher brings support for "hooks". Small functions that users can configure to run before and/or after launching a game. One of these hooks purges BF2's server history, which can drastically speed up the game launch/loading times.
