Get list of trainers that have multiple battles #19

Trainers with rematches use different ids but the same name. We want to replace that trainer with the same name in all their battles, so...

We need a table mapping trainer names to all their class/id pairs for the run controller.

Rendered moot, as the run is over, and the controller already handled this somehow.
