Play Song function #4

Play next song for a given category [Betting, [Warning], Battling, Results] If a song is queued from a placed bid for that category, play that.

Note, some categories (Warning) wont have a bidded song ever Optionally, ignore a bid and play another song.

If there isnt a queued song (Or if bids are ignored), play a song by random for that category
