Prevent stone evolutions happening without required stones #16

Glitch City

For some reason, gaining a level with a stone evo mon and then switching to a certain other Pokemon that corresponds to an evo stone to finish the battle will trigger the stone evo mon to evolve after battle.

This was fixed in Pokemon Yellow.

Pokemon Yellow checks if the game is in battle and skips the item evos if so
