Add additional parameters (fakemons/region/national/...) to pokedex command

atm the !dex or !pokedex command includes fakemon in it's output (sums up official and fakemons).

Most badge collectors don't consider a full fakemon collection to be neccesary to have a full dex. So fakemons kinda blur the output of pokedex command.

My proposal would be to add an additional optional parameter to the command:

• !dex => can be unchanged
• !dex national => only sums up official pokemon
• !dex fakemons => sums up fakemon badges

--> you could even take this one step further and include regional counts such as:

• !dex kanto =>sums up badges from generation 1
• !dex sirius => sums up fakemons from sirius only
