I manged to get this in my server but when using it on players it doesn't knock them down but if use it on ai it knocks them down please can you help

Has anyone figured out a way to get this to work on actual players?

I have a fix to work on players you have to go the weapons. Meta on the beanbag shotgun and go to damage type and switch it from bullet to electric i will provide a example here:
