Setup trips page and basic grid with api fetch

[x] Create form validation for Trips
[x] Row level editing validation on front end
[x] Cell validation refresh after a different field is changed? NOTE: moved to a seperate GH issue after investigation

[ ] Style datepicker icons (New form, inline row edit) NOTE: moved to a seperate GH issue after investigation
[x] Create form, change to use select boxes with enums for applicable values
[ ] Convert user grid to use similar layout to trips?
