xml feed with categories #3

Hi, there is a new xml that has categories (and images for those categories) and a simpler xml. http://greektv.upg.gr/api/?type=rokuxml

I will not be removing the previous xml, but it will be best if the newer one is used as more categories will be added in the future , such as radio stations.

Are you wanting a category option?

i.e. directory tree would look like the following:

All
- list all channels alphabetically
Categories
- Cyprus
- list all Cyprus channels
- Local
- etc...
- Nationwide
- World
- etc...

Here's what I came up with. https://github.com/Twoure/GreekTV.bundle/tree/plexinc-plugins-dev

Uses the new XML URL and includes alphabetized channels/categories. If you want icons for the All and Categories directories, then please add them, or upload them as a zip in a comment for me to add.

Let me know what you think, as I'll create a pull request for the code within Plex's channel list once we work out a solution together.
