Plugin update to Streamlink #1

@Twoure FOA, thx for the development of this plugin and extensions to the original one.

I opened an issue at @coryo original development, but since there's no recent activity nor reply, I wonder if you may consider to modify the test branch to incorporate Streamlink (https://github.com/streamlink/streamlink) the actively developed successor of livestreamer? Thx.

I'll take a look this weekend. Since it's a fork it may be fairly easy to implement.

I didn't try it but it may be as simple as changing the name of the executable when executing the external command (as streamlink command line arguments are compatible with livestreamer AFAIK)
