bootstrap as mentioned in README is not in subversion #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.checkout trunk of eid-console
2.read README
3.try ./bootstrap

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

should run aclocal/automake --add-missing/autoconf

instead, the command isn't there

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Can you point me to the README you're seeing (google code URL)? 
The one I see 

http://code.google.com/p/eid-mw/source/browse/trunk/README

from 28 March 2011 says "run autoconf -i"
