tinyos rpm is not installable on cygwin #153

What steps will reproduce the problem?

rpm -i tinyos-2.1.2-2.1.2-20120921.noarch.rpm

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Tinyos should be installed, but it says:
package tinyos-2.1.2-2.1.2-20120921 is intended for a linux operating system

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Pro x64, up to date cygwin.

Please provide any additional information below.

The INFO file of the tinyos rpm has this line:
OS:           linux
In the other cygwin packages, it says:
OS:           cygwin
