Probably we want to make several substitution types, !pmatrix, !bmatrix, etc. What should we do with plain old !matrix though? I feel like having it be a matrix without delimiters is counter-intuitive.

Probably have regular !matrix alias to !pmatrix.

Furthermore, multi-line matrixes don't work right now because we aren't joining lines.
