Base code to have multiple RFID and LCDs running independently from each other using 1 arduino. Master tag key also allows for easy reseting of the correct tags to be used as authorized keys.
When entering 'Program Mode' the program immediately Adds/Removes the master tag from the list of authorized tags for given reader. Then enters into 'Program Mode' again and awaits a tag to be scanned as intended.
Acceptance Criteria for solution:
Given the master tag is scanned
When the 'Program Mode' is initialized
Then ignore reading the master tag until program leaves 'Program Mode'
