Power Overload #5

When board is powered with external 12v supply, RFID tags are overpowered and stop reading.

Fix, insert resistor into breadboard to step down voltage between board and readers.

To fix power issue, will use a DC-DC 3A Buck Converter Power Step-Down Adjustable Power Supply Module
