Better ID attributes for FAQ entries (for v1.7.0) #58

sanitize_title strips HTML and converts whitespace to dashes. Currently, My FAQ Entry will yield the ID faq-MyFAQEntry. With these changes, the ID will be faq-my-faq-entry.

@bhagyashri12345, @vishalck Any comment on the inclusion of this? I'd appreciate inclusion of clean anchor links at least as an option (or maybe a filter hook).

Since v1.7.0 branch is obsolete now, this should be fixed #57.
