Show both fields at a time when we select specific option in 'Select orders to apply new settings to' field #105

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to CON settings page.
  2. This two fields are display we need to display one based on selected value in 'Select orders to apply new settings to' field https://prnt.sc/nq6xsKQVEMKo

Expected behavior Only one field should be visible depends on the selected value in 'Select orders to apply new settings to' field.
