Describe the bug Database updated successfully notice display twice the time on the woo_order page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Take v1.2.12 copy
  2. Placed a subscription order
  3. Upload latest git copy
  4. Woo-order page, shows two times Database update notice. see the screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/TxA4DgSEKfe

Expected behavior Database update notice should be shown only 1 time on the woo_order page.
