Describe the bug A fatal error appears when I try to click the "Renumerate Order" button.

To Reproduce Plugin setting page, click on the "Renumerate Order Tool" button Then again click on the "Renumerate Order" button. The plugin throws a fatal error. https://www.screencast.com/t/fvUnzAs5z

Expected behavior No error must be thrown from our plugin.
