Same day delivery charges are not getting applied on the checkout page for shipping method #23

Same day delivery charges are added for a shipping method. The cut-off time is set to 18:00. At 8.15 am, current day 15th Feb is enabled for delivery but the same day charges are not getting displayed on the checkout page.
