Delivery charges from global are getting applied when not set for custom delivery setting #25

For a shipping method, I have not added delivery charges. The weekday setting has delivery charges. On the checkout page, when selecting the shipping method for which custom delivery setting is set, the delivery charges from global setting is getting applied.

Note: This issue is not a duplicate of #20 as there, the delivery charges were set for the custom delivery setting.
