Fix #38, Fix #39 #40

  1. Pickup Locations dropdown is shown on the Add Settings page even when the WooCommerce Local Pickup Plus plugin is not activate. This issue is fixed by adding a warning on the plugins page which will keep a check that WooCommerce Local Pickup Plus and Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce plugin is active or not. If any one of them is deactivated or not installed, then the local pickup plus addon will be deactivated automatically.

  2. A check for Order Delivery Date Pro for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Local Pickup Plus plugin is added in the addon.
