Global date lockout is set to 1, the Custom delivery setting is set for a shipping method. The date lockout is set as 1. An order is placed for 25th of April with a shipping method for which no custom delivery setting is set, so global settings were applied. After placing the order, 25th April is no more available for delivery for the shipping method.
Now if I switch to the local pickup method, for pickup location too, 25th April is not available for delivery.

The issue is not coming when only Orddd is enabled and with custom delivery settings.
