Describe the bug Save Settings" button is clickable even if we do not provide these features in the lite version.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Specific Delivery Dates setup, Time Settings, https://www.screencast.com/t/gd5HiVH6m https://www.screencast.com/t/24dvbmgQ

Expected behavior Save Settings" button should not clickable if we do not provide these features in the lite version.
