Describe the bug Preview theme calendar does not show the correct first day of the week.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. I have set the first day of the week is Tuesday
  2. Save the settings
  3. Preview theme calendar shows the first day of the week is Monday which is wrong. https://www.screencast.com/t/fiI5cQzR

Expected behavior Preview theme calendar should show the correct first day of the week.
