Describe the bug Plugin throw me this error "The selected time slot has expired. Please select another time slot for delivery." even if time slot is not mandatory.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Date and time slot setup

Expected behavior Time slot is not mandatory so if it is not selected then plugin should be able to place order

The issue is still replicated after the v3.17.2 update when the Show 'As Soon As Possible' option: option is enabled.
