Describe the bug
When creating an order manually from the backend the delivery date field is disabled and does not allow to set a delivery date. It works fine whenwe create the order from backend.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the WooCommerce>> Orders section and add a new order, the delivery date field is disabled and it does not allow you to select a delivery date.
The delivery date field becomes enabled and allows to select the delivery date once the order is created.
Isolating the problem (mark completed items with an [x]):
[X] This bug happens with only Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce plugin active
[X] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or [Storefront]
[X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above
