Describe the bug
We are experiencing an issue with our Christmas products where no delivery dates are being shown.
Steps to reproduce
Create Custom schedule for product categories + shipping method:
After adding products from these categories and selecting the respective shipping method, no delivery date is selectable on the calendar.
Expected behavior
By considering common delivery dates, the delivery date of 24 Oct should be available for selection when products in the specified categories are added to the cart.

Isolating the problem
[X] I have deactivated other plugins and confirmed this bug occurs when only our plugin is active.
[X] This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active, or Storefront.
[X] I can reproduce this bug consistently using the steps above.
