Figuring out how to interface the ELVIS board I/O ports to LabView control inputs

So far for debugging purposes, the buttons will be interfaced as boolean buttons on the main.vi control panel. Once we figure out how to interface the ELVIS board to LabView, the booleans will be replaced with the ELVIS board inputs. We may need to keep both the booleans and ELVIS inputs together as OR gates just so we don't have to rewire it every time between debugging at home and working in the lab.
