Added tyk-mongo to /etc/hosts

1. Give access to mongo with a mongo client - Update command script with tyk-mongo so it's in /etc/hosts.
2. Update .gitignore to match the new plugin name format

Your changes to .gitignore have resulted in git showing the .so files as untracked. I guess you're using a different version, set via environment variables.

Can I suggest that you either:

• Update the image tags in the various docker compose files too, or
• Revert the ignore file
