Update federation demo library.

The readme mentions the comments subgraph, with URL http://comments-subgraph:4203. Is this meant to be accessible from the host machine?

I see the service has a port mapping, but the hostname obviously doesn't resolve unless I was to add it to my /etc/hosts file. If it is, there's a mechanism for adding hostnames as part of the up.sh script.
