[WIP] Adding NewRelic support #212

Now it's possible to use OpenTelemetry with New Relic in Tyk Demo by running ./up.sh otel/new-relic. A new env var has been added: NEW_RELIC_API_KEY. Now to run OpenTelemetry with Jaeger, users must use ./up.sh otel/jaeger instead of the previous ./up.sh jaeger.
