Add Printer - Kyocera 4006ci #20

Hi there,

we have another printer that needs to be compiled. The consumables are not recognized properly.

It's a Kyocera (or before Triumph Adler) 4006ci.

For consumables it states: WARNING: CK8513Y is at 7.00% remaining. OK: CK8513C is at 88.00% remaining. OK: CK8513K is at 85.00% remaining. OK: CK8513M is at 45.00% remaining.

Please tell if you need some snmp walks or stuff like that.

Please apply this patch and let me know if that fixes your issue.

Add: I was not able to apply your patch automatically, so did it by hand.

Glad to know! Thanks for letting me know about the patch. I figured out why - but since you manually added it then we're good. :)
