Grafana support #5

Hi,

Does this support Grafana to? Happy to add graphite to icinga for graphing but be nice to just implement graphs with grafana if possible.

I'd be happy to look into support for Grafana. Let me see what I can do.

I've implemented support for Grafana. Please see attached files and check the README for installation instructions. If for some reason this isn't working as expected create a new issue letting me know.
