Dead Zone Parameters #109

What are the parameters for adding this into the config? I have a controller with loose thumb stick and constantly drags down and left unless absolutely in the center

My controller is quite old and requires a huge dead zone. Gopher is unusable without a bigger dead zone.

Is there anyone who fixed this / added such a parameter? Come on there are 116 forks, I am pretty sure someone must have fixed this (hopefully maybe)... ?

To my surprise, parameters SCROLL_SPEED, DEAD_ZONE, and some more have already been implemented. However, the last release (Gopher360 0.989) did not include them.

I added a PR (#143) to add these parameters to the default config. You might want to try the more recent build I just created that contains these changes. I also came across other forks that might work even better, such as GopherRenewed
