What do you mean "remove" the meshes? Shouldn't need to ever do the manually.
Could have just moved Graphic Herbalism (or its patches) lower in the left hand pane so it takes priority.
If there is a conflict, I'll need to know what specifically so I can move it below it.

I might've missed some (Edit: Yeah I did miss some, after unhiding and moving GH below betta flora, GH now overwrites 62 files from previous mods. It felt much less than that while hiding... 32 files from GH are overwritten by GH patches with 63 non-conflicting files).
Some of these meshes are repeated in several of the mods listed above and overwrite the Graphic Harvesting mod meshes without being replaced by the patches. Good thing I only hid them rather than delete lol.
I can't believe I didn't think of moving the mod after betta flora... My reasoning was that those mods would still provide textures, but they would do so anyway since Graphic Herbalism only changes the meshes... I'm an idiot.
Basically, Graphic Herbalism should be installed at the end of Nature Textures section and the replacer patches right after it.

I'm following the guide to the T and installing all mods unless I have to choose between some.
Edit: I just spent 10 mins removing any mesh that conflicts with Graphic Herbalism but is not replaced by the Graphic Herbalism Replacer Patches. There were about 10-15 of them repeated over several mods, but I didn't keep track of the names. The mod works correctly now for the plants that didn't work and any possibly future broken plants.
