Generating LOD with MGE EX #125

I followed the guide and went back over it making sure I didn't miss something, but still can't figure this out. It states to use the current load order when generating LOD, but MO2 stores the .eps and load order info in individual mod folders and MGE XE is only detecting the load order of .eps' physically in the Morrowind root Data Files. Did I mess something up somewhere along the way?

Scratch that, I was running MGE EX directly rather than through MO2. Not sure how to delete this, I'll close the issue.
