First off, I want to say I am infinitely grateful for this compilation that has been put together by Tyler799. This is the most comprehensive mod list I have ever seen (though it would have been AMAZING if I could have downloaded a mod pack instead of going through 200+ web pages & downloads)
That said, I seem to have come across a unique error that I was unable to find a solution to online, but managed to resolve myself. I encountered this error when starting a freshly installed, clean version of Morrowind after installing to the best of my ability the entirety of the "Morrowind 2019: Thastus Edition" found on the reddit.com/r/morrowind sidebar.
The error states specifically:
"Expression Error Unable to find cell id "Vivec, Telvanni" in script jo_tu_MraajScript"
After several hours of troubleshooting and trial/error I have determined that -- after following the guide's advice and installing the LGNPC bundle -- one of those mods is responsible for the error, specifically the "Tel Uvirith v1.31" mod with the "LGNPC_TelUvirith.esp" file.
After deactivating this .esp from MO2 I no longer received this game-crashing message and was able to continue with my Morrowind gaming
