Use the Google Drive Realtime API to manage an array of overlays. One overlay per drawingSet. Allow user to 'snap' the current drawing to these overlays.

Saved files on Drive are already in the GeoJSON format, so using Data Layers seems to be the best approach (assuming the bugs can be worked out)
