Fix: No more scroll bar and changed the navbar so it more closely resembles the design doc.
Fix: Made the links at the top slightly animate on hover and removed the ugly purple "visited link" look on the anchor tags.
Fix: Changed the color of the navbar very slightly to make it stand out a tiny bit.
