Timestamp HTML stays on video #7

Occurrences https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lERcfsqJSk

Steps to reproduce

  1. Proceed to video mentioned in occurrences
  2. Go to a video which does not contain timestamps
  3. Observe timestamp HTML (i.e, heading, buttons) is still present on page

Expected result Timestamp HTML should be removed if current video does not have timestamps.

Actual Result Timestamp HTML stays present on video regardless of if it has timestamps or not.

Issue appears to still be present,

Occurrences

  1. Proceed to following link, (or video with timestamps) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MVcJDzX-OU
  2. Proceed to a video without timestamps (within the recommendation column) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OYlzcXA3LxI&t=314s

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to any video which contains timestamps
  2. Proceed to a video without timestamps (In the recommendation column)
  3. Observe timestamp HTML

Can't seem to reproduce. Closing this issue for now.

I'm able to produce the issue currently, seems to happen when visiting a video with timestamps, then searching or proceeding to a non-video page, and visiting any video without timestamps.
