I have version 1.4.5 from F-Droid on a LineageOS 20 Galaxy S9 device (starlte). It seems that the measurements for this device are un microAmps, while they actually represent milliAmps. I have confirmed with another application that, in the following screenshot, the consumption is actually 55 mA, not uA.
EDIT: I see this may be a duplicate of https://github.com/TylerWilliamson/BatteryNotification/issues/13 , although the proposed solution in this issue is adding a human-editable option within the app which multiplies the final value with whatever floating number the user provided.
