This would be REALLY useful. Maybe even expandable to preconditions or events - however very difficult, and potentially very expensive. This is however something I'd like to support, and be configurable to some degrees:
a: be completely disable-able. If you aren't using any dependent types, then why would you bother wasting the build time?
b: search paths. Either with hardcoded names, or via regex.
c: all in. Scan everything. Screw the build times!
