Actually integerating Remora.Discord with the library. #8

Remora.Discord will be the base API we use for discord interactions - but we need to actually integrate it first. I'd like to get some more work done before we do that, however.

Some questions arise, like should we add abstractions? Remora.Discord is quiet low level, so it might be nice to at least offer it.
