Can you list the articles where Readability doesn't work? I just copied over a
new
bookmarklet in Firefox (I have version 3.5) and it worked just fine on a CNN
article.

No response and no URLs provided. I've verified that the new version in
development does work with the top 20
or 25 article/post sites Readability is used with. Internal testing is going on
to verify it continues to work with
existing sites used regularly.

I expected it to add a clickable "Readability" icon to the tool bar, just like I
currently have AutoPager, Wesabe, Skype and others. I can (and did) add it to
my
Bookmarks, but clicking on it has yet to produce the promised result - always
produces the error message. Tried sfgate.com, nytimes.com and salon.com

OS is Windows Vista Home Premium

I got to the site from a link (and favorable review) in David Pogue's NY Times
column
of 12/3/09 delivered to my mail. Column title was What I Bought This Year

Dave, are you trying actual articles or just home pages? Readability only works
on
pages where there is a significant, single chunk of text to read. Like here:
