Use Netlify with domain #24

We could ask for a domain ( typecobol .io | .com | .e-i.com ) to use with Netlify.

We can use Netlify because it only requires permissions on a single repo See https://www.netlify.com/docs/github-permissions/

We will check with @smedilol if it's possible or not to buy a custom domain @EI.

Why do we need a domain? A custom domain will make it easier for us if we need to move the repository later or if we want to go back to Github Pages. It will make Typecobol more visible on search engines due to easier robots indexation. A .com or .org will make it more understandable by developers. (We all know open-source developers love .org domains.)

Some examples: typescriptlang.org | coffeescript.org | python.org
