If the host does not click on "Allow" within a certain time after a join request, the request times out and the guest sees a message "Failed to join room: Join request has timed out". Proposals:
Change the guests' progress message to "Waiting for host to let you in" or similar once the request has reached the host
Increase the timeout when that stage is reached
Give a better error message when the host hasn't given any response after the increased timeout
