Currently, serializing an EMF-YANG model often fails. Find out why and fix these issues. Currently identified tasks

• [x] add an integration test to re-serialize all exiting example models
• [x] fix value converters
• [x] fix scopes for imports, submodules and belonging modules
• [x] fix scopes for xpath expressions
