End of January Crit #52

There are several issues to come out of this after Chris and I go over the scope and decide on some options.

"Examples Crit" is primarily aimed at bringing the information in the Examples into a better order for the reader, including adding more heads.

Some other Example critique starts in "Parametric Precipicing", which started out as a guide to moving the specifications of parametric examples into and all-parametric framework (pgs 2, 4 and 6), as per client request, which led to re-specifying and organizing the examples (pgs 5 and 7) , and the Contents (pg 1).

All that led me to look at the spec of the text, and heads, and respecify it all with a much simpler default of no tracking, (pg 3), and striving for a smaller number of sizes being used, or which there are many.

Might need clarification on the relative indenting of the Examples: sub-lists.

.There is no bold below the top in my spec. ‘Examples” is not bold.

The left aligned, and less indented are the pick that are not links. Show with color change and indents, or something.

Aha, I see now that all the links are slightly gray and the heads are black. My eye interpreted that Examples as being bolder. Will fix.

I've done a general cleanup of the examples, and addressed most of the specific example notes in the PDF.
