[x] Test-proof and Presentations folders moved to the documentation directory

After merging this PR, please:
[x] Change the repository name to the new defined one: Playpen Sans
[x] Review the sources directory and leave only the source files required (ideally, it should be one single glyphs file) and add all the scripts used for the building process
[ ] Update the README.md file providing detailed info for the project. It should include at least one image and the current building instructions of the font. You can find more details about the Readme file in the GF-Guide.
[x] Update the AUTHORS.txt and CONTRIBUTORS.txt files with the additional designers that should be listed. Please read more about these files in the Guide.
