Transitioning from Yarn to npm for managing bashunit documentation dependencies to streamline project setup and reduce file clutter.

🔖 Changes

Replaced Yarn with npm as the dependency manager for documentation.
Reduced the number of setup files, aligning with the project's Bash focus.
Simplified documentation setup for easier local environment integration.
Decreased overall project dependencies.
Updated VitePress and other dependencies to their latest versions.
